An entry in which the designer has clearly been subservient to the artist. Everything is just right: it’s as simple as that, or so it looks. In short, the designer’s input is unobtrusive – which is to say that it’s not immediately obvious that this is the work of Irma Boom. The combination of several sorts of paper, the photos and the segments of artworks that have been reproduced, creates a most agreeable whole that gives a clear picture of what it is that Marijn van Kreij does.
