The annual exhibition of the 33 Best Dutch Book Designs in the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam has been opened. Visitors have the possibility to hold the books in their hands. It is one of the most beloved features of this exhibition.
Part of the opening tradition is the honoring of the creators, designers, lithographers, printers and binders of the selected books from the year 2017.
The catalogue is designed by Rob van Hoesel with the assistance of Carel Fransen. A special feature are the page tabs. Every single book has its own section. It makes this catalogue into a reference book with easy access to the information of the 33 books.
The price of the catalogue is € 29.50 and can be ordered at your local bookshop.
The exhibition closes at October 28th.
