The Salmon of Knowledge serves as a documentation of the student’s graduation works and their final exhibition, but also tries to be an endless source of information and references, pointing the reader in many directions, like a sign at a crossroad. A bold and beautiful design following the identity of the graduation really contributes to the functions of the book. It is designed organically rather than systematically, so that students follow each other on the proximity of their practices and not by name or department. 12 different layouts flow into each other instead of ending at the exact end of a given page, which allows a reader to flow between within the content. Despite that the organisation of the layout makes all the information clear and accessible, which is nice for a graduation catalogue, the book also includes three colored sections in the beginning, middle, and the end essay about art education and learning.
