Gekraakt immediately grabbed our attention, the bright pink cover with big bold type, obstructed by an image makes it feel like it belongs on amongst a lot of pamphlets from the 80s. The single colour black printing on the whole book makes it feel even more like a book straight out of the 80s. The same bold type is seen throughout the book, in combination with more modest type, all nicely supported by the imagery and size of the book. You can’t ignore it.
