This year ArtEZ University of the Arts, Design Academy, Royal Academy of the Arts, Gerrit Rietveld Academy and Werkplaats Typografie were participants. The students &#8211; Anna Lenczewska, Audrey Quaranta, Irene Stracuzzi, Jan van der Kleijn and Michiel Terpelle &#8211; follow the same procedures as the professional panel, examining the books on a number of days and later spending two days arriving at their own final selection. This year 298 books were submitted, the student panel choose 32 books. Their commentary can be read at the student <a title=\"studenten website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bestverzorgdeboeken-studentenselectie.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a>.
